Important: Due to the nature of our herbal wellness products (health and hygiene category), we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return address within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the product back to us (customer bears return shipping unless damaged/incorrect).
  4. Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details).

Exchange

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge. After 2 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
